MY FAVORITE
TOOLS & RESOURCES
I live for a good recommendation.
You need those shoes and *I* need that dress.
Anyway. Here are my favorite tried and true biz tools.

Tools for Business
At any given moment, I have approximately too many tabs open. But there's a short list of tools that are open every single day, no exception — and these are them. If you're building an online business and you're not using these yet, consider this your sign.
WishKeeper CRM
Replace like 10 tools with just this 1. I promise it'll change your business.
Flodesk
User friendly *and* gorgeous.
Canva Pro
Yes, I know you already have Canva. But do you have Canva Pro? Because the Brand Kit feature alone is worth every penny when you’re batch-creating content and don’t want to manually paste your hex codes for the 400th time.
Found Business Banking
I use it for just about everything money-related in my business. I store all of my receipts here, it estimates my quarterly taxes based on income deposited, I pay my ICs through it (for free!), it does it all.
Superhuman
I can see all the need to knows: when my clients open, how many times they open, their most recent email opens.
Loom
I use Loom to record quick video walkthroughs for my students inside my courses, answer DMs when typing out a response would take 47 paragraphs, and film content ideas before I forget them. Absolutely essential.
Courses I Love
I am a forever student. Always have been. The moment I think I know everything about this biz or social media or whatever, life humbles me. Here are a few people and programs I’ve invested in over the years that I genuinely think are worth your time and money.
Amy Porterfield
Digital Course Academy
If you’re even slightly thinking about creating a course, Amy’s program is the one. She walks you through the whole thing start to finish and doesn’t skip the uncomfortable parts (like, what if nobody buys it). Highly recommend.
Alex Hormozi
$100M Offers
Okay it’s a book, not a course, but I am putting it here anyway because it genuinely changed how I think about packaging my offers. Read it once, then read it again. Then maybe one more time.
Kat Norton
Excel Content Strategy
I don’t even use Excel but I watched everything Kat put out about growing an audience from zero because her content strategy is *chef’s kiss*. Follow her, learn from her, be inspired by her.
Tools for Life
Running a business is incredibly fun and also, occasionally, a lot. Here’s what I reach for when I need to recharge, reset, or just remind myself that I am a human person and not a content machine.
