December 2025 Content Calendar
Happy holidays, pals! How many different ways can I say "new month new calendar" before it gets old???? Anywho, your calendar awaits!
As always - take what you need & skip what doesnât align, mix and match things, change what days you do things! Keep in mind that on this calendar, the "urgency and action" (the hard selling post of the week) is always on Wednesday. Studies show Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday are the best days to push for that sale. :)
Connection - to build trust and warmth
Objection-Busting - to clear up myths and doubts
Education & Expertise - to showcase your value
Urgency & Action - to drive decisions
Proof - this is your social proof, your client testimonials, your "hey, I'm really good at this and here's why" moment.
The fun thing about this is that it can be tailored to quite literally ANY destination or any specialty/niche. Even with following the same formula/idea list, I guarantee no two people will have the same content. Sit with it for a little while, brainstorm how you can make it yours and how you can make it fun for your audience.
Dates to remember this month:
+ 12/2 - Travel Tuesday
+ 12/4 - National Cookie Day
+ 12/5 - Walt Disney's Birthday (1901)
+ 12/7 - Pearl Harbor Day (US)
+ 12/12 - Gingerbread House Day
+ 12/16 - Walt Disney Imagineering Anniversary (Formed originally in 1952 as 'WED')
+ 12/21 - Disney Treasure's 1st Anniversary
+ 12/25 - Christmas Day
+ 12/31 - New Years Eve
Tip of the Month:
Stop trying to sound âdifferent.â Start trying to sound human.
People are drawn to what feels safe, real, and emotionally familiar, not âunique for the sake of it.â
When advisors chase originality, they often lose their relatability.
How to frame it:
-
Week 1: A client story that makes people feel what a stress-free vacation looks like.
-
Week 2: A single destination spotlight (just one cruise, one resort, or one park tip).
-
Week 3: A behind-the-scenes reel of you planning trips at your desk with a caption like, âThis is what it looks like to book with a real person, not a call center.â
-
Week 4: A gratitude moment or reflection post (tie to Small Business Saturday, family, or your âwhyâ).
What this looks like in practice:
If you wouldnât say it to a client on the phone, donât post it.
-
Instead of: âOur agency curates exceptional experiences for discerning travelersâŚâ
-
Try: âI help families plan trips that feel easy, not exhausting.â
đ Add warmth. Use contractions! Skip the buzzwords!
People donât remember data â they remember moments.
-
Instead of: âTravel advisors add value by handling logistics.â
-
Try: âLast week, I spent 30 minutes on hold so my client didnât have to and she texted me, âYouâre a lifesaver.â Thatâs the value of working with a TA."
Instead of âClick the link in bio!â â try âWould you ever take your kids to Disney in December, or are you more of a beach Christmas person?â
đ§ Why this works đ§ When your content feels like real conversation, the readerâs brain mirrors your tone, making them feel like they already know you. So using simple, natural phrasing = easy to read = easier to trust. And if our little brainy deep dives into the science behind selling has taught us anything, its that neuromarketing research shows that just liking someone increases conversion likelihood by up to 80%. So take this as your note to stop fighting for attention in the algorithm and start focusing on building emotional familiarity!
